Michelle Frame, a distinguished Candy Hall of Famer, is the visionary founder of both IOCE and its esteemed parent company, Victus Ars. With extensive experience and accolades in the confectionery industry, Michelle has established a legacy of innovation and excellence. At Victus Ars, all scientists receive training directly under her guidance. Similarly, IOCE instructors are either trained by Michelle or chosen as industry experts by her, ensuring students receive top-tier instruction. Michelle’s leadership and commitment are to provide advanced opportunities for confectionery education that are accessible and impactful for individuals and companies across the world.

Allison Voll
Allison Voll, an R&D Manager at Victus Ars, leads product development and research projects, specializing in gummy product development and low-sugar formulations. With a degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and 8 years in confectionery development, Allison brings a wealth of expertise to IOCE classrooms as an instructor. She finds joy in teaching individuals and teams across various industries. Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Allison hopes to make innovation and education more accessible to a wider audience. Allison's favorite childhood confectionery treat is Nerds.
